Hello! I use they/she pronouns and specialize in temperature based therapeutic techniques (such as Hot Stones and Cryotherapy), Myofascial Release, and Transgender Care. I graduated from Oregon school of massage in 2023 and aim to bring the wealth of knowledge I learned from each class and my fellow therapists to every client.

Though I have a few specialties I am also trained in and comfortable using other techniques such as Deep Tissue Massage, Pin & Stretch, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage, or Swedish.

I am deeply passionate about health and community building and believe that, in the face of the great hardships that we collectively have been facing, that its more important than ever. Maintaining both our personal mental and physical wellbeing is key to living a fulfilling life with those we love, whether that means getting a massage or finding things you can do on your own by following along on social media.

I have delt with various forms of chronic pain and chronic fatigue for over a decade now, I deeply understand the frustrations of being met with disbelieving or uninterested medical professionals. With my practice I aim to be clear, concise, informative, and above all else respect and believe your lived experience. I promise to be honest with you if your discomfort is something I believe I can assist with and, if I cannot, refer you to someone who should be able to.
